Guarantee:
Plants are shipped out of the pot either
BARE ROOTor in a soil free medium, unless
otherwise specified (increased packing/shipping
charges may pertain).
Shipments are year round, although we reserve
the right to delay shipping during extremes
of heat/cold. Plants ordered during their
dormant cycle will be held until the proper
shipping time.
We guarantee plants will leave our facility
healthy. If plants arrive in an unsatisfactory
state Please contact us within two weeks
for instructions on returning the damaged
plants for replacement. There is No long
term survival guarantee. Some of these plants
are VERY DIFFICULT TO GROW.
Plants are labeled to the best of our knowledge
but there is no guarantee of correct identification.
In no case shall we be liable for more than
the purchase price.
All orders must include Shipping Information, Phone number, Email address (if available). Please be sure that packages are sent to a location that is safe from the elements or to one where the package can be met by someone.
We do our best to keep the online pricelist up to date with inventory, however many items are in limited supply and sell out fast. Please DO NOT send payment until your order has been confirmed.
POSTAGE & HANDLING- Please include the
appropriate fee when placing your order,
unless the item is listed postage paid. Orders
without proper P&H will be returned or
delayed. Packages are shipped by Priority
Mail unless othewise specified.
Normal shipping by Priority Mail - add $7
for one item plus $1 for each additional
item.
The following states in USPS zone 7 and 8
have a base rate for the first item of $9.
Small shipments to these states which fall
under the USPS 1lb rate will continue to
use the $7 base rate.

Express shipping by Express Mail - add $25
for one item plus $1 for each additional
item.
Overnight or 2nd day shipping by FedEx or
UPS- please inquire.

Large plants would be Nepenthes over 12",
Sarracenia in 6"pots or larger. Generally
estimate is $5 for each 2 large plants added
to the order.

New York state residents please add 7.75%
sales tax.

$400 or more, 5% of your order value (pretax;shipping/handling),
our choice on the bonus plants.
We strive to keep our prices as low as possible,
hence donate only to our local societies.
International Orders:
International orders are temporarily on hold
while we acquire paperwork.
Terms of Sale (all prices are in USDollars):
Purchaser must supply all pertinent documents
and permits required by their country. We
make every effort to quickly and carefully
pack and ship strong healthy plants. We will
not however be responsible for plants lost
or damaged because of extended shipping times
and/or delays from customs and agriculture
inspection.
Please note that not all plants may be available
for international shipping.
Minimum Order $200
Cites and phytosanitary certificate $80 for
each shipment. Please allow several weeks
or more for permit applications to clear.
Shipping is via Express Mail (EMS) or DHL. If you have an alternate method you prefer, please notify us. Shipping will be calculated and included on your order confirmation.

or Wire Transfer: add $30 for bank fees.
