Heliamphora
The Sun Pitchers from South America. Heliamphora
originate from the flat topped mountains
(Tepui) in South America. The warm moisture
laden air from the surrounding countryside
is forced up and over the Tepui. Rainfall
and moisture on top of the Tepui are abundant.
When the tops of the Tepui are not cloaked
in clouds and rain the sun shines brightly
on the sparse vegetation. This is the world
of the Heliamphora.
